My first bike was a 2001 SV650

It started as a naked bike, but when I bought it, it had a CBR fairing on it, a Gixxer tail, and no one knew WTF it was.

Perfect first bike. Nice video.

Yeah, I'm debating whether or not I was to go solely on YT because it's a lot more convenient. Because right now I have to convert the video formats all the time just so I can upload to LV.

The video quality is just so much better on YT. Plus it only took a couple of hours to get my vid up on YT, it was pushing 24 on LV for approval.

I just thought i wanted a 08 or an 07 gixxer.Sounds like i might go with an sv1000.How does it do copared to the 600 you had.All the rush and power, or a little less.

I really havent gotten a chance to put a lot of mile on yet, but so far, the power is more even across the throttle.

Dont let me steer you away from the GSXR. It may be just what you are looking for. Thats the reason I have tried so many different bikes, more...

Congrats on the new SV! I had mine ('06 naked version) for about 6500 miles, and liked it a LOT. My only real complaint was that absolute brick of a seat. Hopefully your new gel seat will be a bit more comfy.

Nice that you don't have to buy an after more...

Thanks DP, just about to go out for a ride. 72 degrees today, and I dont have to work tonight, cant pass this one up.
